User Support

Can you spare some time to write for the Virev PMO blog, answer questions in the forum or help create a support wiki? If you'd like to offer your time and writing talents, send an email to webmaster@virev.com and let us know how you can help. Here are some specific examples of ways you can offer user support:

• Write an entry for the Virev PMO blog once every 2 weeks or even once a month. Talk about new features, bug fixes, how you use Virev PMO, or general items of interest to freelance professionals.
• Scan the Virev PMO forum once or twice a week and answer any new questions that users might have. Start new forum threads for things like new features or important bug fixes.
• Add items to a help wiki (coming soon).
• Create screen casts in any language for specific Virev PMO features. Post them on YouTube and we will link them through the help wiki and blog.
• Translation of Virev PMO user interface text into any language.
